Spud Webb

My first real post is a great story about a small guy. Being only 1.68m (5.7ft), spud webb is one of the shortest players to step foot in the NBA. But that didn't stop him from winning the NBA dunk slam competition (back when it counted for something)! It is amazing!

This movie tells the story:

Another interesting movie (though in bad quality) shows Spud does an in-game dunk on the late Mantue Bol, who is 2.31m (7.7ft)! Manute's life story is interesting and probably I'll write about him one day.

On 2006 Spud came back to the slam dunk competition. This time he didn't participate, he helped Nate Robinson (1.79m,5.9ft) win the title, Nate jumped over him!
